![]() ![]() Still giving it 5 stars as it works well, but customer service should not include a support email address if they don’t intend to respond. I don’t expect it to be a recurring problem. In the end, I reinstalled the MAC app and it started working fine. I don’t expect much service for free apps, but when a user has paid for this on muliple platforms, I’d expect at least a response. I sent an email to their support by way of the “link” and never received a reply. After trying everying I could not get it to work again. The only ding I would give it is that one time the syncing just stopped working. I don’t need the sub-task feature often, but when I have a project with multiple steps it is very useful. Different lists so I can separate my two businesses into their own groups plus personal stuff in another, a real plus. I have installed gTasks Pro on my MAC as well as on my iPhone and iPad. The “Reminders” app that comes with Apple is nice enough, but it is very limited. Otherwise, it’s really great and I’m excited about being in better integrity with my lists and habits because of a more granular interface. (This works well in Apple Reminders native app.) I want to be reminded when it is the the due date AND I arrive at the location. It is 10 days before that, and when I arrived at home, the reminder popped up. That’s annoying.Ģ) I set a location based reminder for the first of the month, beginning next month, when I arrive at home. I have to go up and click Lists and then My Tasks to be able to open the Subtasks. Problems I’ve noticed in the first couple of days: (Maybe there is a fix for these, but I looked in the FAQs and googled the problems and didn’t find solutions.)ġ) On the iPhone app, if I get a popup reminder for a Task, I can’t open the arrow to view the subtasks from the Overdue or Today sections. Now if I did 4 out of 5, I can mark the subtasks. In Reminders, I had to check off the whole set, or nothing at all. I like to have stacks of tasks together that I do each day at a certain time of day. ![]() Reminder has a very limited space to type. But this app is better because I can create subtasks, and there is a lot more room to make notes. Please note that this is a workaround.I’ve been using Reminder, because it has location-based reminders, which are handy. Additionally, if you roll out new session hosts with one of the tools, capisp.dll with the entry point CryptoSysPrep_Specialize is called during the rollout. If Windows 11 22H2 is detected during the imaging process, the Specialize.xml is automatically patched. I added the workaround to WVDAdmin and Hydra for AVD. After that, you can roll out new VMs based on that image. The deployed VMs are running, and the timeout didn’t happen.Īs a workaround, you can modify the Specialize.xml on the Golden Master and capture the image. Specialize.xml is processed by sysprep after a rollout based on an image on this VM. For a workaround, I modified the “C:\windows\system32\Sysprep\ActionFiles\Specialize.xml” on the master VM and removed the actions for ‘CryptoSysPrep_Specialize’. Features are Full sync with Google Tasks. **I was able to bring it down to this part. It supports full sync with Google Tasks securely over https, naturally integrating into Google Calendar. Also, the ETL files are not showing any process. The setup process stops after handling the following task (found in C:\Windows\Panther\setupact.log):ĪctionPlatform::LaunchModule: Executing method ‘CryptoSysPrep_Specialize’ from C:\Windows\system32\capisp.dllĪfter that, no more happens. The rollout will go into a timeout if you capture a screenshot, you can see the installation screen and a rotating donut. If you create a custom image based on a Golden Master who is or was domain-joined, you cannot roll out a new VM. In Windows 11 22H2 is an issue preventing the rollout of new VMs based on a custom image in s specific case: So, you can reuse the Golden Master.īut today, deploying Windows 11 22H2 is the main topic. WVDAdmin and Hydra for AVD will do this automatically if you create a new custom image. A bit smarter is to do that on a cloned/temporary VM and later delete the clone. The bad thing is that your Golden Master is destroyed during the sysprep and capturing process.
